excellent stay with fine sea views
really good viewfriendly stafffaulty fan
i stayed for a short break and found several aspects quite good the sea view from my room was really good and added a relaxing touch. the staff were very friendly and efficient i appreciated the warm welcome and assistance with my luggage. breakfast offered a nice selection and i especially liked the fresh pastries each morning. i managed to find parking right near the entrance, so my vehicle was secure.
the bathroom extractor fan was not functional . i hope this will be addressed soon to improve ventilation.

the hotel is situated in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach. nearby, there are several restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. public transportation links are also easily accessible.

my double room had a comfortable bed and two armchairs. the room also included tea and coffee making facilities, i found that very convenient. fresh towels were provided daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

i appreciated the room's convenient location near shops, the beach, and restaurants. the beds felt really comfy and the big towels were appreciated. the room had a tea maker, useful, and we had all we needed for our stay. the hot water was plentiful too. the sea view was wonderful.
the stairs were a bit narrow, and i think it could be difficult for older guests.

the bed was quite comfortable. i had a good shower (always important). the location is really convenient to get around from. the staff were also very helpful.
my room had a pretty ugly view of walls. the tv didn't work during my entire stay. wi-fi was also really poor (i couldn't get a consistent connection).

Amazing stay!

The staff were super friendly and helpful to me, nothing was too much trouble. I even took my dog along and everyone made such a fuss of him, so accommodating. I ate in the restaurant during my evening and had the best homemade lasagne, it was divine. I spoke to the chef and complimented him on the delicious food, what a lovely man!
I arrived to find the windows wide open and the radiator off, it was blowing a gale outside and the room was freezing so i was a bit chilly.

My king room had a sea view and was very spacious with two comfortable armchairs, lovely. The room were warm, and the bed were comfortable to me, important. I found the decoration stylish.

I had the best homemade lasagne in the restaurant, so tasty and fresh. I enjoyed speaking to the chef about the food. He seemed proud, so he should. I noticed several local ales on tap too.

The staff were decent, hardworking and friendly to me. Nothing was any trouble for them. Emma is a whirlwind of fun and smiles. All staff were great to me and my dog.

I liked the back garden that customers can use, it was a nice little sun trap. The bar looked stylish, very clean. It seemed really well maintained. I noted that dogs are welcome in all areas.

The location is excellent and at the heart of North-Eastern Norfolk for me. I liked living above a very nice pub , it was very convienient. I noticed that this area is near everything.

I found the staff cute. The free bottled water was a thoughtful touch during the hot weather. Breakfast was good value and very tasty. I also enjoyed the convenient free parking right outside the building.
The bathroom carpet was not clean. There were visible stains on it. It needs to be replaced.
